At Rock Hard For Life (operated by Zander Holt Research Group LLC), we stand behind the quality of our products and programs. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are available for purchases made on zanderholt.com. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.
Because all of our products are delivered digitally — including video content, downloadable materials, and membership access — our refund terms are specific to each product type as described below.
Digital Playbooks and One-Time Purchase Products
For standalone digital products (such as video-based playbooks and accompanying downloadable PDF materials), we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date and we will issue a full refund of the amount you paid.
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
Note: Prices for individual products may vary based on current promotions, discounts, or sales. Refunds are issued for the actual amount paid at the time of purchase, not any other listed or promotional price.
Accelerator Plus Monthly Membership
Accelerator Plus is a recurring monthly membership program. The following terms apply:
- 30-Day Guarantee for New Members: First-time members may cancel within 30 days of their initial enrollment date for a full refund of their first payment. To receive this refund, you must submit your cancellation request before the 31st day from the date of your original enrollment.
- After the First 30 Days: If you do not cancel within the first 30 days, your membership will continue and your next monthly payment will be charged on day 31. Monthly charges after the initial 30-day window are non-refundable.
- Ongoing Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue pro-rated or partial-month refunds.
- Returning Members: The 30-day refund guarantee is available to first-time members only. If you have previously enrolled in Accelerator Plus and received a refund, you are not eligible for a refund on any subsequent enrollment. This applies regardless of the reason for re-enrolling, including enrollment to access new content, bonuses, or special offers.
Note: Monthly membership pricing is subject to change. You will always be charged the rate in effect at the time of your enrollment or renewal. Existing members will be notified of any pricing changes in advance.
Workshops, Live Events, and Other Digital Products
From time to time, we offer workshops, live training events, and additional digital products. Refund terms for these offerings will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, the following general terms apply:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Live events and workshops may have different cancellation deadlines, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Once a live event or workshop has been attended or accessed, refunds are not available.
Coaching Programs
Coaching programs are subject to separate terms and conditions, which are provided at the time of enrollment. Please contact us at help@zanderholt.com before enrolling if you have questions about coaching refund terms.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at help@zanderholt.com and include:
- Your full name
- The email address used at purchase
- The product or program purchased
- Your original purchase date
We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
