MWAI – stands for the Morning Wood Alpha inhibitor.  It is like the check engine light for your manhood. 

Morning erections require a lot less biochemicals than sexual erections, so they are an honest indicator of a physical problem going on in your erection ecosystem

Because Morning Wood is your first line of defense against penile atrophy, which is just a fancy medical term for losing your penis size.

Now if you are not familiar with what modern day alpha inhibitors are, they are factors in our modern world that suppress and destroy our manhood.  

Making it very difficult if not impossible to feel and function like a man.

To make this simple let’s talk about the two basic types of erections that your body produces. 

The first and most fundamental is morning wood also known as nocturnal penile tumescence.  These erections should happen naturally and frequently as you sleep throughout the night, and also when you wake up in the morning.

The second type of erection is what is known as sexual erections (or psychogenic erections), these occur when you’re awake, whether you are masturbating or with a sexual partner. 

The reason Morning Wood is so important is because they are much more basic than sexual erections. Because sexual erections require everything that morning wood requires plus a whole lot more.

Let me explain. To keep this simple, we’re going to focus on the biochemicals that the body needs to get and maintain stage four rock-hard erections.

There are two primary reasons why having great morning wood is critical to your rock-hard erections. 

First of all, it’s very difficult, if not impossible, to have amazing long lasting rock-hard erections with a sexual partner if you’re not getting consistent rock-hard morning wood. 

That’s because Morning Wood basically only requires two erection boosting biochemicals: testosterone and nitric oxide. 

If your body has sufficient levels of these two erection bio-chemicals, it should produce consistent and solid Morning Wood throughout the night, and when you wake up in the morning. 

But during the day when you are awake, erections are way more complicated than this, these are called Sexual erections or psychogenic erections.  And they happen when you’re masturbating or with a sexual partner.

Sexual erections require everything that morning wood requires such as testosterone and nitric oxide, but they also require a host of other erection biochemicals and variables, such as dopamine, cGMP, relaxation, and arousal just to name a few.

So if Morning Wood basically only requires testosterone and nitric oxide but sexual erections require testosterone, nitric oxide, as well as a host of other erection biochemicals and factors, then you can see why you need to get your morning wood handled so that you have a strong foundation to help get your erections rock solid in the bedroom. 

So in general when you have great morning wood it makes it much easier getting and maintaining rock hard erections when you’re with a sexual partner.

Another reason having consistent, solid Morning Wood is foundational to your rock hard erections is if you’re not getting great morning wood it means your erections are heading towards what they call penile atrophy.

Penile atrophy basically means your penis begins to shrink and actually loses its ability to get fully engorged with blood, which is essential for Stage Four rock hard erections

Just like if you stop working out at the gym and your muscles shrink and atrophy over time.

It’s the age old “use it or lose it” principle. If your penis doesn’t get rock hard on a daily basis, it begins to lose the ability to get rock hard for the long term and actually starts to lose size as well. 

Your morning wood is your body’s first line of defense against penile atrophy, helping to make sure you never lose the ability to get rock hard erections. Even when you go through long dry spells of not having regular sex.

Having consistent rock hard Morning Wood throughout the night and when you wake up in the morning is your body’s way of making sure you use it so you never lose it. 

If you lose your ability to get consistent rock hard Morning Wood, then your body has lost its first defense against you developing penile atrophy.

Often the decrease in morning wood is coming from DTAI – The Disease and Trauma Alpha Inhibitor.  Such as prostate enlargement, gut issues like IBS, and varicoceles.

For example, varicoceles can cause abnormal pulling of  blood around your testicles which tanks your testosterone levels and sperm production as well as negatively impacting your prostate.  As varicoceles is an enlargement of the veins in the scrotum that supply the testicles.

One really great example of this is I had a client that came to me because three top urologists in Los Angeles told him he was not able to get natural erections anymore and that he should consider getting a surgical penile implant. Or just learn to live with this due to his severe varicoceles. 

He was 24 at the time. Joe then came to work with me and was one of my most dedicated coaching clients. He got to work quickly and did everything I asked him to (and then some).

In just four months not only did he completely turn around his ED, getting stage four rock hard erections on command and lasting as long as he wants, but he also gained an additional inch in lost penis size that he had previously lost due to penile atrophy as a result of his lack of morning erections. 

He is now not only having frequent sex with multiple partners, but he’s having the best sex of his life and that confidence in feeling that he can conquer anything is bleeding into all aspects of his life.

Another significant contributing factor to men losing their morning wood is using ED drugs such as Viagra, sildenafil, Cialis, tadalafil, and BlueChew which causes your body to decrease the production of the erection biochemicals necessary for natural erections because of the inflammation they cause.

These ED drugs inflame the gut causing what is called “leaky gut” to where the gut literally becomes leaky, and lets food particles, bad bacteria, and viruses into your bloodstream.  Once this happens, it does two insidious things for morning wood.

First of all, it inflames the blood vessels. Which decreases blood flow and nitric oxide production. 

Second, it also significantly decreases testosterone levels by amping up the immune system.

So, the ED drugs by damaging the gut actually harms both of the factors needed for strong natural Morning Wood; testosterone and nitric oxide.

Another significant factor I’ve seen in men losing their morning wood are men that use TriMix injections.  This is a very powerful set of chemicals that urologist prescribe once ED drugs stop working.  Because the human body adapts to ED drugs and eventually they stop working altogether. 

Once that happens, men tend to freak out.   They go back to the urologist and they prescribe them this iced hypodermic needle full of a very powerful set of chemicals called trimix.  Men then inject their penis with the trimix in order to get an erection before every intimate encounter.

The problem is every time they inject themselves, not only are they damaging their biochemicals, but they’re creating scar tissue in their penis, which decreases blood flow. 

This makes it once again more difficult to get natural erections including Morning Wood, because it causes decreased blood flow in the penis itself, due to the scar tissue that forms from Trimix injections.

A huge contributing factor to MWAI (the Morning Wood Alpha Inhibitor) is poor quality sleep which is what most men are getting these days. 

Testosterone and Morning Wood are produced during the REM portion of sleep. 

The REM period occurs about every hour and half once you fall asleep. 

The first REM period is very short, lasting maybe 5-10 minutes.  But each time you start your next sleep cycle the REM period gets longer. 

So for instance, during the last sleep cycle between 6.5 to 8 hours of sleep the REM portion of that sleep cycle can last up to 45 minutes.  Producing a lot of testosterone and the biggest opportunity for morning wood. 

The problem is most men are not getting 8 hours of sleep, they are lucky to get 6 hours of sleep, which means they miss out on all that testosterone production and opportunity for morning wood.

Furthermore, man men have restless sleep, tossing and turning or getting up to pee at night.  All of which interrupt those REM sleep cycles, once again making it very difficult to experience morning wood and greatly decreasing their testosterone levels.
